During my recent stay at Novotel SP Jardins for New Year, I found the location to be a major highlight, nestled in the vibrant Jardins neighborhood—perfect for both shopping and exploring the cultural sites, like Casa Das Rosas Museum. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge for a day of adventures, and the breakfast was definitely a bright spot, providing a mix of local flavors and international favorites. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service—I was greeted with warmth by the friendly staff, who were always eager to assist, especially the gentleman who helped with my luggage, turning a mundane task into a pleasant experience. With an outdoor pool and a gym available, it's a fantastic option for those needing a blend of relaxation and fitness during their travels.
